How should I maintain or clean my Quilts?

Quilts can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and hung out on a line to dry. Bay Tree Home & Décor does not recommend dry cleaning or tumble-drying quilts. Quilts do not require ironing.

How should I maintain or clean my Linen Items?

Linen can be washed in your washing machine on the delicate setting and hung out on a line to dry. Bay Tree Home & Décor does not recommend tumble-drying any of its fine linen.

How do I order a product I have seen on your website?

If you are interested in ordering one of our products, simply add it to your quote request and we will get back to you on the price, availability and delivery options in your area

How is my order delivered to me?

All items will be delivered by Time Freight

How should I maintain or clean my Bay Tree Furniture?

Normal Furniture polish for the wood of your products is fine, but to limit wear and tear on any baskets, it is recommended that white furniture wax be used on the runners where the baskets rest.

If I do not like my goods once I have received them, can I return them?

If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return the goods to Bay Tree with the following conditions:

  1. The goods are not damaged or altered in any way.
  2. You inform Bay Tree of your decision to return the goods within three days of receipt of the parcel from the post office.
  3. The goods are returned, firmly secured, in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Once Bay Tree has received the goods and found them to be in their original, undamaged condition, you will receive a refund for the returned goods, minus costs for postage and packaging.
